Sina alias Aigue-Marine has been active in the German cosplay scene since 2004 and has created more than 100 costumes from various genres to date – from anime and manga to video games, TV series, films and books. Over the years, she has specialized in tailoring and working with textiles. As a self-taught designer, she has acquired her knowledge and expertise herself.
Sina has attended numerous conventions abroad in recent years, including the UK, Denmark, France, Austria and the USA. With her many years of experience in making costumes, she has been part of numerous teams of judges at national and international cosplay competitions, such as the GamesCom Cosplay Competition, the German preliminary round of the European Cosplay Gathering and the German preliminary round of the World Cosplay Summit.
In addition to her passion for traveling and getting to know different cosplay communities around the world, she is also the editor-in-chief of the international cosplay magazine Cohaku, which has been published in German and English since September 2013 and introduces cosplay beginners and veterans to the technical and craft aspects of the hobby.
