2. conclusion of contract / inclusion

Orders for admission tickets merely represent an offer to conclude a contract for the attendance of an event. Such a contract is only concluded upon receipt of the e-mail with details of the payment confirmation including these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”), which the ticket purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “visitor”) receives after payment. The visitor agrees to the validity of the GTC.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. The customer will be notified of the rejection within 14 days of the order.

If the event is canceled, the organizer will refund the full ticket price. If the event is postponed, the visitor must cancel within four weeks of the announcement of the postponement. In both cases, the tickets will be refunded within 90 days. Further claims are excluded.

3. implementation

HanamiCon (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) shall take place at the Seifenfabrik event center, Angergasse 41, 8010 Graz (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Site”). Changes to the venue within the Seifenfabrik are possible and will be announced by the organizer before the start of the event.

4. program change / language

The organizer has the right to make changes to the announced program. In the event of insignificant changes, claims by the visitor are excluded.

The organizer points out that parts of the program may be held in English. Translations are not provided in this case. Claims by visitors who do not have sufficient language skills are excluded on this basis.

There is no entitlement to compensation in the event of delays in the program schedule. In addition, individual program items may take place in rooms with applicable maximum capacities. For the safety of visitors, these are observed by security staff. Participation in these program items cannot be guaranteed.

5. access

Admission to the event site is only permitted with a valid admission ticket, which must be presented by the visitor to the supervisory staff at the admission control. The supervisory staff can be recognized by their appropriate clothing.

If there is a risk of partial overcrowding in individual areas or halls, security staff are authorized to temporarily deny access to these areas and direct visitor flows in a security-oriented manner. The instructions of the staff must be followed.

Guests at the event agree that bags, boxes, rucksacks or other transport items may be subject to random searches when entering and leaving the event.

6. prohibited items

The supervisory staff are authorized to carry out a bag or body search during admission control or during the event on the entire event site to ensure that the visitor is not carrying any prohibited items.

If you are carrying prohibited items, these must be handed in at the checkroom. The organizer shall also be entitled to the rights set out in Section 7.

7. domiciliary rights and behavior at the event

Domiciliary rights on the event site are exercised by the organizer and its supervisory staff. The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed.

In the event of a violation, the organizer and/or the supervisory staff are entitled to expel the visitor from the event grounds without refunding the admission price and to issue a ban from the premises. If the visitor does not comply with the reprimand and the house ban, the organizer may call the police to enforce his domiciliary rights. Further rights and claims of the organizer remain unaffected by this.
