The organizer reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. The customer will be notified of the rejection within 14 days of the order.
If the event is canceled, the organizer will refund the full ticket price. If the event is postponed, the visitor must cancel within four weeks of the announcement of the postponement. In both cases, the tickets will be refunded within 90 days. Further claims are excluded.
HanamiCon (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) shall take place at the Seifenfabrik event center, Angergasse 41, 8010 Graz (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Site”). There is no entitlement to compensation in the event of delays in the program schedule. In addition, individual program items may take place in rooms with applicable maximum capacities. For the safety of visitors, these are observed by security staff. Participation in these program items cannot be guaranteed.

Guests at the event agree that bags, boxes, rucksacks or other transport items may be subject to random searches when entering and leaving the event.
6. prohibited items
The supervisory staff are authorized to carry out a bag or body search during admission control or during the event on the entire event site to ensure that the visitor is not carrying any prohibited items.
