Sophia, also known as Soffel, has been active in the cosplay scene for more than twenty years. During this time, she has made more than 100 costumes, especially from the gaming sector, but also from various anime genres. As her mother is a trained seamstress, Sophia has also specialized in sewing and loves to let off steam creatively in this area, be it painting different fabrics or experimenting with different structures.
Sophia has been very active both in front of and behind the stage over the years. She has taken part in various competitions herself, has been a jury member at cosplay competitions and has even been involved as a presenter, for example at the final of the German Cosplay Championship.
In addition, Sophia is part of the podcast duo “Cossip Girls”, where she talks about various aspects of the cosplay community together with MsSkunk and has been part of the editorial team of Cohaku magazine for more than ten years.
