Pack your good mood and camping gear, because like every year, Camp HanamiCon invites you to a fun-filled week in the forest!
To make sure you have enough fun, we have planned some activities for you:

– Food Wars in the camp canteen
– Hunting the avatar
– Naruto Run relay race
– And much more!
Look forward to an unforgettable experience at Camp HanamiCon! As always, there is a great competition at the end. Send us a picture of your favorite activity at camp and with a little luck you’ll be one of the winners!
What is it all about?
This is where your creativity and skill come into play! All you have to do is take one or more figures and take a photo that matches the theme. Everything is possible, whether with a smartphone or a professional SLR camera.
Rules:
- Please observe the following rules:
The edited image (as jpg or png) and the unedited image (as jpg) must be uploaded by the registration deadline. The submitted photo must be clearly labeled without the participant’s name! BSP: final_image.jpg and unedited_image.jpg
- WIP pictures or “making-of” pictures are welcome so that the jury can better assess your efforts. The WIP images must be clearly labeled, e.g. wip_1.jpg, wip_2.jpg, wip_x.jpg.
- No links (Drive, Cloud, Dropbox,…) are allowed. Please only fill in the registration form and do not put any water marks on your pictures.
- Morally questionable, offensive, discriminatory, racist, violence-glorifying or pornographic images are excluded from participation.
- At least one figure must be visible in the photo. Thematically, however, the figures should have a connection to anime, manga, games or comics. Not permitted: Children’s toys, Barbie dolls, porcelain dolls and similar figures as well as collectible figures made from surprise eggs.
- The submitted image will be on display at HanamiCon as part of an exhibition, and should be a minimum size of 2000×3000 pixels for printing, A4 size or larger, for optimal display at HanamiCon. Allowed file formats are jpg and png.
- The submitted work must not have been published on the Internet or in other competitions prior to HanamiCon.

The closing date for entries is 03.05.2024 at 23:59.
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to the competition rules.

The winners of the figure photo contest will be announced at the award ceremony on Saturday and the prizes will be presented there. If you are unable to attend the award ceremony, please provide your contact details at the information stand.
