Become the king or queen of the ball
- Register on 5.6.2026 between 18:00 – 19:00 on site in the entrance area.
- There you will receive further information about when and how we can take a photo of you, which will then be uploaded to the app so that visitors can vote for you. If you are not present at the time of the photo, your place will be given to someone else.
- Each participant receives a number, which they can visibly attach to themselves.
- All candidates must appear backstage at 9:15 pm. You are called up and can show the audience that you have what it takes to be king or queen.
- If you do not show up, you will be excluded from the election.
- At 23:45, the winners will be crowned on stage and dance to a slow standard waltz.
- The number of participants is limited: A maximum of 10 male and 10 female candidates can take part. Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Every visitor has the opportunity to choose their favorite via the app.
- The winners can look forward to a bottle of sparkling wine. You can pick it up at the bar.

Dress code Cosplayball:
As this is an elegant evening event, we ask that you adhere to our dress code, which is designed for evening wear . This serves both your personal protection and the stylish ambience of the event.
The following dress code applies to:
- all persons who wish to attend the Hanamicon Cosplayball, including helpers, accompanying persons, parents and persons who are only present to supervise or accompany.
- Journalists, photographers and influencers with a valid Hanamicon press ticket.
- Exhibitors with a corresponding exhibitor ticket.
Admission to the event is only permitted with appropriate clothing. If you do not adhere to the dress code, we will unfortunately have to exclude you from the ball. Please understand that in this case no refund of the ticket price is possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you are unsure whether your dress code fits, you are welcome to send us a photo in advance to info@hayuko.at.
