As this is an elegant evening event, we ask that you adhere to our dress code, which is designed for evening wear . This serves both your personal protection and the stylish ambience of the event.
The following dress code applies to:
- all persons who wish to attend the Hanamicon Cosplayball, including helpers, accompanying persons, parents and persons who are only present to supervise or accompany.
- Journalists, photographers and influencers with a valid Hanamicon press ticket.
- Exhibitors with a corresponding exhibitor ticket.
Admission to the event is only permitted with appropriate clothing. If you do not adhere to the dress code, we will unfortunately have to exclude you from the ball. Please understand that in this case no refund of the ticket price is possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you are unsure whether your dress code fits, you are welcome to send us a photo in advance to info@hayuko.at.

- Blue jeans are only allowed if an appropriate top is worn (e.g. black T-shirt, blazer, blouse etc.), black and white are fine.
- Sweatpants
- Cargo pants
- Shorts
- Tank tops
- Sweater
- Normal everyday T-shirts (except black without print)
- Morphsuits
- Animal or monster costumes (furry cosplays)
- Pure armor or armor parts (including helmets)
- Combat or operational clothing
- Masks that cover the entire face
- Hard, large wings that protrude from the body
- Weapons (swords, pistols, axes, etc.)
- Helmets
- Cappies (only in black, white)
- Caps
- Slippers or flip-flops
- No sneakers (if only black, white)
Freedom of movement
- Very revealing or erotic costumes
(chest & bottom must be sufficiently covered – cleavage is permitted)
